Domestic Shipping Policy

All Orders are shipped within 24 working hours. Before dispatch, if you would like to alter or cancel your order, you can get in touch with us on hi@studioshringaar.in

We ship our products across India using Blue Dart for most cases. If Blue Dart does not service your area, we ship using either Ecom Express or Xpressbees. All our shipments get dispatched from Mumbai, Maharashtra so transit time can be between 1 and 5 working days. You can view the breakdown below:

Mumbai - 1 to 2 working days

Metro Cities - 1 to 2 working days

West India - 2 to 3 working days

Rest of India - 2 to 5 working days

International Shipping Policy

All Orders are shipped within 48 working hours. Before dispatch, if you would like to alter or cancel your order, you can get in touch with us on hi@studioshringaar.in

We ship our products across the globe using DHL or FedEx Express. All our shipments get dispatched from Mumbai, Maharashtra so transit time can be between 2 and 6 working days. You can view the breakdown below:

GCC - 1 to 3 working days

Europe and South East Asia - 2 to 4 working days

North America - 2 to 5 working days

Rest of the World - 2 to 5 working days

Return & Exchange Policy

Domestic orders, once shipped, are returnable within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a returns, please fill this form.

Upon receiving your order, we will inspect the merchandise and process a refund or credit note for the amount that can be used within 6 months of issue.

For International Orders, as one can imagine, returns are a little more tricky. In such case that you are unhappy with your Order, we would request you to ship the product back to us in India at your own expense. Upon receiving the order, we will deduct all charges borne by us in sending and receiving the shipment and refund the balance from the amount received. We encourage international customers to chat with us on WhatsApp for any clarifications you may need.
